A little bit about myself

My name is Tatiana Matyukhin, and I am a Gottman-certified therapist. I truly understand the complexities of relationships and am here to support you on your journey.

As a therapist, I specialize in helping couples build strong, healthy relationships by working through challenges and strengthening communication. Every couple has the potential to create a loving and fulfilling partnership, and I am deeply passionate about guiding couples toward this goal.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and challenging step, and I want to assure you that my practice provides a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your relationship concerns.

At my practice, I use the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that has been shown to be effective in helping couples improve their relationships. This method focuses on building the foundation of the relationship by developing skills such as empathy, communication, and conflict resolution.
